Please access our boarding terms and booking form below. We are required to collect this information prior to or at check for every stay. If there haven't been any changes since you last forwarded the documents to us, send us that email again along with confirmation that there are no changes since the previous stay in the body of your email. If only the date of the parasite treatments have changed, you can  mention this in the body of the email rather than completing a new form. A new form must be completed, however, following a vaccine booster. 
We are not accepting new clients that require medication at this time.
